OmniDealer Privacy Policy

OmniDealer is a local-first Chrome extension for managing vehicle listings and assisting Facebook Marketplace posting.

Data Stored Locally

The extension stores product data, listing photos, settings, queue state, and logs in Chrome storage on the user's browser.

Data Sent To Remote Services

When the extension is connected with a workspace code key, it may send installation status, operator activity events, listing activity, and product metadata to Supabase Edge Functions so the dealer portal can show real productivity and activity insights.

The extension may send product details to Supabase Edge Functions when the user requests AI-generated listing descriptions or enhanced listing cover images. Those functions may use an AI provider to generate the requested content.

If a workspace owner saves their own image generation API key in the portal, that key is used only to generate requested cover images for that workspace. The key is not shown back to users after it is saved.

Page Data Access

The extension reads page content only when needed for supported vehicle import workflows, assisted Facebook Marketplace posting, or when the user starts a capture/import action.

Data Sale And Advertising

The extension does not sell user data and does not use browsing data for advertising.

User Control

Users can remove local extension data by clearing the extension's Chrome storage or uninstalling the extension. Workspace owners can remove saved image generation keys from the portal Settings page.
